Welcome to the TAIS/HPI/ICCSS Inventories. A username and password will be required to continue. The person who referred you to this page should have provided those.

Depending upon your Internet connection speed, you may experience a slight delay (three minutes max) in loading the inventory. Some users will temporarily see a gray box; others will have a mostly blank screen with only the logos displayed.

The TAIS, and the HPI, each consist of approximately 144 behaviorally descriptive items that you respond to by choosing one of five options - Never, Rarely, Sometimes, Frequently, or Always. The ICCS is a twenty item rating scale which you fill out based on your knowledge and/or observations of another person.

As you respond to each item, the next one will automatically appear. Occasional slight pauses may occur. If you are unsure of your response to an earlier item, you may click on the Previous button and then select the correct response.

Beware, if you leave the following web pages before completing the inventory, your responses will be lost and you will have to start over from the very beginning.
